We offer a variety of coaching and training services for individuals and groups. In addition, there are a number of group rides that are for experts and novices alike. If you're interested in getting more involved in cycling, looking for a way to get fit and healthy, or looking for a group to add to you cycling experience, call us.
Personal Strength Training: $45/ Hour. For those with a few years or more of strengthening under their belt we recommend sessions 2x/week and 4 weeks worth of sessions to get the most bang out of the program.
For novices we recommend 2x/ week and 6-8 weeks worth of sessions. It's all about getting strong.
